Voted Africa’s Leading Car Hire Company for the fifth consecutive year, Europcar offers world-class and state-of-the-art services to business and leisure car rental customers from around the world. This was beautifully portrayed on their exhibition stand at Tourism Indaba this year.
A clean, crisp, simple exhibition design embellished with a plush green sofa behind the reception desk, black and crystal chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and an enclosed spiral staircase leading to the hospitality deck upstairs.
Europcar’s focus on environmental responsibility and awareness was proudly portrayed in a large “Go with Green” graphic on the ground floor and again as one emerged from the staircase onto the upper deck which was covered in a carpet of green “grass.”
The large hanging bulkhead, wrapped in rich green fabric and bearing the Europcar logo on all sides created instant recognition and awareness from afar. This along with the double story branded lightbox wall attracted attention to and enticed foot traffic onto the stand.
Consultants were able to conduct meetings in relative privacy created by the double-story light box wall and then further entertain clients at the coffee bar upstairs, allowing for maximum lead generation and business networking.
